• No vehicle modifications required to OEM exhaust system.  Rear diffuser upgrade required (see below)

ATTENTION:

For the installation of the REMUS exhaust system, the two inserts of the rear diffuser must be removed and the original OEM parts. Art.Nr.: 1x 5FF807568C041 + 1x 5FF825189E as well as 4 pieces N90974701 need to be bought.

Why should you fit a Remus Exhaust?  Well our company car happens to be a Cupra Formentor VZx and runs a Remus exhaust system  In our slightly biased opinion these cars are near perfect in many ways but the Euro 6 GPF installed makes it very quiet.   This exhaust system really opens so you can hear the engine as you should.  Now you can hear and experience the engine in all its glory,  completing the Cupra Formentor performance package.

The use of racing exhaust products and products which do not have EC approval is generally not permitted on public roads

When fitting REMUS sports silencers, cat-backc or gpf-back systems it is generally not necessary to undertake a tune.  However when installing turbo-back exhaust systems and cat or gpf replacement pipes designed for use on closed tracks, it is advantageous to carry out an ECU remapping, in order to exploit the optimum performance of the exhaust system and to prevent the check engine from lighting up.
